Diagnosis With Brief Discussion
- Diagnosis
- Pleural Lymphoblastic Lymphoma
- Radiologic Findings
- Chest radiograph and chest CT shows diffuse thickening of the pleura with small amount of pleural effusion. The lesion is localized in left side thorax and there is no abnormality in right thorax. The differential diagnosis was pleural lymphoma, thymic carcinoma with pleural seeding and malignant mesothelioma. However, unilateral involvement of malignant mesothelioma is unusual.
